Kokuyo Perpanep Notebooks

By combining different layouts with different paper textures, Kokuyo provides us with ample choice to find the perfect writing experience — hence the name Perpanep, a combination between the words 'pen' and 'paper'. These notebooks are available in three different paper textures:

Tsuru Tsuru — an ultra-smooth paper type that feels extremely smooth to the touch and is best suitable for fountain pens and fineliners. It is aimed at people who look for the lightest and smoothest writing experience.

Sara Sara — a medium smooth paper type, which is the more balanced option and best suitable for ballpoint and rollerball. It feels smooth to the touch with a hint of tooth.

Zara Zara — the textured paper type, which is a rougher paper that is geared towards people who love clear paper feedback while writing and want to hear the pen glide over the paper. It has a grainy touch and is best suitable for fountain pens and fineliners.

Together with pen masters in Japan Kokuyo selected Preppy Fountain Pens and Sarasa Clip Ballpoint pens to match their paper. Misc-store carries three Kokuyo Perpanep Pens.
